Hi, I’m Nirmala. I work in dZi Foundation in Kathmandu as a chef. I’m from the remote village of Chheskam in Solukhumbu but I moved to first Ramechhap and then Kathmandu when still young. I cook Nepali, Tibetan(mostly Sherpa), and continental food. But there’s nothing I haven’t tried my hands on or I am always ready to try new things. So this blog is going to feature some of my regulars, as well as some experimental ones. I also love knitting, reading books, gardening, travelling and other DIY activities. So, I am sure you will also see other fun posts besides cooking from time to time.
